We take service requests by phone at (773) 207-0518. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Appointments depend on availability, and we do not promise a specific arrival time. You receive a clear price before work starts, and work begins only when you agree.
Emergencies
If you smell natural gas, leave the building and call Nicor Gas at 888-642-6748 or 911 before you call us. For fire, injury or immediate danger, call 911.
